Terms of Use

The service

KAL Events lets you create a digital invitation for your event, share it, collect RSVPs and manage your guests. Some features (such as WhatsApp sending, personal links, statistics and seating) are part of paid plans.

Your account

Use accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

The texts, photos and guest lists you add remain yours. You allow us to store and display them only to run the service — for example, to show your invitation to the people you share it with.

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or anything unlawful, hateful or misleading.

Your guests

You confirm that you may add the people on your guest list and contact them about your event. Messages must be about your event — no advertising and no spam. Sending through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own policies.

Payments

Paid plans are paid once per event; there is no subscription. The price and what it includes are shown before you pay. If something isn’t working as it should, contact us and we will look into it.

Availability

We work hard to keep KAL Events fast and available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important — you can export your guest list at any time.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Liability

KAL Events is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the event concerned.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and let account holders know about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
